Next Day Delivery Orders under 20kg are dispatched via Royal Mail 1^st Class, which aims to deliver the next working day (although sometimes during busier periods the delivery times can extend to 3-5 days). This is charged at £3.95.
Special Delivery/Next Day Named Delivery Orders under 2kg are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a guaranteed next day delivery service (excluding Saturday). This is charged at £9.99.
