Returns:
You can return unwanted items up to 15 days after purchase.
Items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact).
Please note it is the customers’ responsibility to cover the cost of return. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your return and usually Royal Mail 2nd Class is the most effective returns service.
How returns are processed:
- It can take up to 7 days for your item to reach us, depending on the service you have used.
- Once we’ve received your item, we will check and process it. This normally takes up to 2 days, depending on how many returns we are dealing with.
- Your refund should appear in your account within 5 days.
